This policy explains what MyMain Studios, Inc. ("MyMain", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a placeholder policy to be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company, role). Brand and campaign information you enter into the platform. Social account tokens you authorize for publishing. Usage data about how you use the service.
Performance data from connected platforms (views, engagement, clicks) and lead data you route through the platform (calls, forms, bookings).
How we use it
To operate the service: plan, produce, approve, publish, and measure campaigns. To provide support and billing. To improve recommendations across the platform using aggregated, de-identified performance data.
Sharing
We share data with the platforms you connect (to publish content), with production and infrastructure providers under contract, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped by organization, brand, and location with row-level security. Social tokens are stored encrypted.
Your choices
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from your account settings or by emailing hello@mymainstudios.com. You can disconnect social accounts at any time.
