The service

MyMain Studios provides a creator-led marketing operating system: strategy, virtual creator talent, content production, approvals, publishing, analytics, and related services as described in your plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of brand information, offers, claims, and compliance requirements you provide, and for approving content before it publishes. You must hold the rights to any assets you upload.

You are responsible for complying with advertising laws and platform policies in each market where content publishes.

Approval

Content is not published until approved by an authorized user in your organization. Approval records are retained in the audit log.

Creator engagements

Creator engagements (standard, market-exclusive, industry-exclusive, dedicated, private brand) are governed by the hiring model selected and the applicable creator agreement, including minimum terms for exclusivity.

Content ownership

You own finished content produced for your brand, subject to the creator hiring model and any third-party licenses (music, stock). Creator identities, voices, and likenesses remain the property of MyMain Studios, Inc. unless a private brand creator agreement provides otherwise.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Creator engagements and add-ons are billed in addition to the plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
